Users can share any technical errors or improvement suggestions they encounter while using the platform with us. For this, they can send brief notes through the "Give Feedback" section located in the bottom right corner of the system.

Registration and Login

Registration

Select "Create Account" → "Employee" on the homepage. Complete registration by entering name, email, and password.

Login

You can log into the system from the "Login" section with the email and password you previously registered.

Profile and CV Management

Creating a CV

You create a CV by entering personal information, education, work experience, and skills.

Main CV Selection

The first created CV is automatically selected as the main (default) CV. You can set any other CV as the main CV with the "Make Primary" button. Employers will only see your main CV when viewing your profile.

Viewing Jobs and Applications

Job Listings

You can search by keywords and categories by going to the "Jobs" page.

Matching Jobs

In the "Account" → "Matching Job Listings" section, you can see jobs that the system considers suitable for you.

Application Process

When entering a job posting, if questions have been added by the employer, you are required to answer them.
You can send your application with the "Apply" or "Quick Apply" button.
When applying, you select the CV you want to use.

Meetings

Appointment

The employer sends you meeting date suggestions via message.

Selection and Conduct

You can only select one of the suggestions. Scheduled meetings are reflected on the "Meetings" page and conducted through the system.

Messaging System

Users can directly message employers, receive notifications, and maintain contact.

Registration and Company Profile

Registration Process

Register by selecting "Create Account" → "Company".

Required fields:
  • Company name
  • Email
  • Tax ID
  • Contact number
  • Password
Activation:

After registration, email confirmation and account activation by admin are required.

Posting Job Vacancies

Job Creation Process

Create a job posting with "Management Panel" → "Jobs" → "New Job" button.

After entering the job title, the system can automatically suggest requirements and skills using artificial intelligence.

You can add questions for applicants ("+Request" button): in text, list, or video presentation format.
The job posting is activated with the "Save" button and automatically translated into other languages.

Note: Job postings can remain active for a maximum of one month. Later, you can view suitable candidates from the CV bank with the "Find Suitable Candidates" button.

Application Management

In "Management Panel" → "Applications" section:

Main Features:
  • Application compatibility rating is calculated using artificial intelligence
  • Applications are sorted along with provided answers
Additional Features:
  • "Compare" – compare multiple candidates side by side
  • "Message" – communicate with candidate
  • Star or reject
  • "View Details" or click on candidate name to view profile

Meeting Management

From "Meetings" section:

Set suitable times for meetings with the "Create Free Slots" function.

Dates for selection are sent to the candidate via message.

An automatic online meeting is created in the system on the selected date.
Meeting Functions:
  • Organization members can participate with "owner" status
  • Meetings can be recorded on video if desired
  • Saved for later viewing
Notifications:
  • Notification 1 day before the meeting
  • Reminder 30 minutes before the meeting

Main Settings
