Job Description & Requirements
Your tasks will include: Setting up and monitoring general system and application software tools (operating systems, office applications, etc.). Managing user computers and resolving issues that arise. User knowledge in MS Office, installation of operating systems, creating backups, resolving problems that arise in the system. Provide technical support for computer equipment, scanners, printers, telephones, and other peripheral devices. Eliminating malfunctions of IT equipment in accordance with the company's IT policies, procedures, rules, and standards; if possible, to ensure operability by changing the parts of defective equipment or send it for repair according to procedures. Regular diagnostics of computers and printers. The suitable candidate for us: Has a higher education in IT or a related field; IT certifications are desirable; Has work experience in IT Technical Support; Has knowledge of operating systems, computer hardware, and software; Understands the basics of networking; Knowledgeable about TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS protocols; Can configure and install email; Detail-oriented and result-oriented; Has strong communication skills.
