Job Description & Requirements
Your tasks will include: Installing and monitoring general system and application software tools (operating systems, office programs, etc.). Monitoring user computers and resolving arising issues. User knowledge of MS Office, installation of operating systems, taking backups, troubleshooting system issues. Providing technical support for computer hardware, scanners, printers, phones, and other peripheral devices. Eliminating malfunctions of IT equipment in accordance with the company’s IT policies, procedures, rules, and standards, ensuring operability by possibly replacing parts of faulty equipment and sending it for repair according to procedures. Conducting regular diagnostics of computers and printers. The suitable candidate for us: Has a higher education in IT or a related field; IT certification is desirable; Has work experience in IT Technical Support; Has knowledge of operating systems, computer hardware, and software; Knows the basics of networking; Is knowledgeable about TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS protocols; Can install and configure email; Is detail-oriented and results-driven; Has strong communication skills.
