Requirements: The tasks you will perform include organizing training and development processes; organizing the conduct of surveys; assessing competencies; organizing work with career development maps; creating individual development plans for critical roles; preparing and implementing individual development plans for students; organizing and regularly improving work in the learning and development portal (LMS); improving and organizing the ABB Internship Program; performing tasks related to employee engagement surveys among employees, etc. The suitable candidate for us: Has a higher education; speaks Azerbaijani, English, and Russian; has professional skills in MS Office programs; is capable of effective communication; possesses professional organizational skills; is a person without disciplinary sanctions (written warnings, reprimands) in the last 3 months.
