Requirements: Higher education; Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field; Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English; Good knowledge of Excel; Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills; Interest in research, implementation of new approaches, and following innovative HR trends; Proactive, development-oriented, and with strong internal motivation; Project management skills; Good presentation skills; Ability to collaborate and adapt within a team.
Job Responsibilities
Your tasks will include: Implementing the bank's strategy in terms of talent management; Participating in the processes of developing tools and processes that involve criteria for selecting critical talents, assessment methodologies, and mentoring programs; Preparing and monitoring the implementation of individual development plans for selected candidates; Researching and implementing new development programs for selected candidates; Executing the succession planning process, managing the database, and periodic updates; Continuously researching global and local best practices to improve HR processes in the bank and proposing new projects accordingly; Participating in the writing of methodologies and monitoring their implementation while carrying out the functions of the HR expertise center.
