Our suitable candidate: Higher economic education (foreign education or international certifications are preferred) Good knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Excel, PowerPoint) Foreign language skills: English is a must, Russian is preferable Data-based analysis, problem solving and research skills Strong analytical thinking and analytical skills A person with high communication, time management, and team working skills.
Job Responsibilities
Your tasks: Conducting analytical analyses in line with the Bank's strategic goals Evaluating the results of completed projects and milestones and measuring their effectiveness Preparing and presenting analytical reports on project results Analyzing the alignment of implemented initiatives with strategic goals Developing, monitoring, and automating KPIs and metrics for strategic initiatives Providing methodological and analytical support in the strategic planning process and the implementation of internal initiatives Supporting the development of appropriate frameworks and approaches for measuring strategic goals Exploring the use, improvement, and automation possibilities of databases for analytical purposes Visualizing data and preparing structured reports.
