Specialist in supporting automated operating systems

Your tasks include: Analyzing inquiries from the bank's structural departments and executing them according to incoming requests. Analyzing bug/error records during operations and resolving technical issues according to escalation procedures; Executing inquiries within the determined time frame; Investigating and resolving user problems; Answering calls from users. The suitable candidate for us: Has a higher education; At least 2 years of work experience in the IT field (banking experience is desirable); Knowledge of SQL (having PL-SQL knowledge is an advantage); General knowledge of banking operations, products, and their features (Flexcube, IBM); General knowledge of other software applications used in banks; Proficient in Azerbaijani and English; An individual interested in adapting to a rapidly changing and developing environment and learning new things; Capable of working under critical execution deadlines and managing time effectively; Excellent communication skills; Ability to work in a team; Proactive and open to innovations; Capable of solving problems with a systematic and analytical approach.
