Specialist in Support of Automated Operating Systems

Your tasks will include: Analyzing requests from the bank's structural units and executing them according to incoming demand; Analyzing bug/error records arising during operations and resolving technical problems according to escalation procedures; Executing requests within the specified time frame; Investigating and solving user issues; Answering calls from users. The suitable candidate for us: Higher education; Minimum 1 year of work experience in the IT field (banking experience is preferred); Knowledge of SQL (knowledge of PL-SQL is an advantage); General knowledge of banking operations, products, and their features; General knowledge of other software used in the bank; Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English; Interest in adapting to a rapidly changing and developing environment and learning new things; Ability to work with critical execution timelines and time management; High-level communication skills; Ability to work in a team; Initiative and openness to innovations; Ability to solve problems with a systematic and analytical approach.
