Senior UX/UI Designer

PASHA Insurance OJSC invites candidates to apply for the position of Senior UX/UI Designer and become a member of our professional team. This position leads the design of digital solutions for business clients and intermediaries, transforming complex business processes into seamless, functional, and visually refined digital experiences. The role requires deep expertise in user experience, information design, and usability within data-driven environments, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse business and technology teams.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities Design and optimize digital experiences for corporate users, ensuring clarity, usability, and efficiency across complex workflows. Analyze business requirements and user journeys to define intuitive interaction patterns that enhance productivity and satisfaction. Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed interface designs aligned with PASHA Insurance's Design System and brand identity. Document design decisions, flows, and interface specifications, contributing to consistent and scalable design documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders across business, product, and technology units to translate operational needs into user-centered solutions. Conduct and apply UX research through interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design decisions and identify improvement opportunities. Ensure accessibility, consistency, and performance of design components across all digital solutions. Contribute to and maintain Design System documentation, ensuring clarity, version control, and adherence to best practices. Leverage data-driven insights using tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Amplitude to identify bottlenecks, evaluate interaction flows, and guide improvements. Measure design success using key UX metrics such as task completion rate, process efficiency, and user satisfaction (CSI/NPS). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design outcomes with strategic business goals and client service excellence. Mentor junior designers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the UX/UI Center of Excellence. Knowledge and Skills Strong expertise in workflow design, information architecture, and data visualization Ability to conduct usability testing and apply analytics data to design strategy In-depth knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and business stakeholders Proven ability to design complex interfaces balancing usability, functionality, and aesthetic quality Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process, complex problem-solving, and measurable results Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Amplitude Language skills: Azerbaijani, English Education and Experience 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with exposure to B2B or enterprise-level digital products What we offer Collaboration and knowledge sharing within a professional, multidisciplinary team Continuous learning and development opportunities for personal and professional growth A dynamic environment where your work directly impacts business outcomes and customer experience Opportunity to work in a "Great Place To Work" certified company.
