Work with large, complex datasets to enable robust, scalable AI solutions. Conduct in-depth analyses to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for business impact. Collaborate closely with data engineers, ML engineers, and product teams to deliver production-ready systems. Establish and promote best practices for model governance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement. Review and improve existing models, pipelines, and AI tools for reliability and efficiency. Mentor junior and mid-level team members and contribute to the overall technical maturity of the data science function. Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, and proactively drive innovation.
