Senior Business Analyst in Digital Channels

Your tasks will include: Detailing the technical analysis of business processes; Preparing technical documentation for business processes (at user and technical levels - use case); Monitoring changes during the execution period of the technical task and checking compliance with requirements; Coordinating the business process/architecture/change with all relevant stakeholders; Ensuring that processes are conducted in accordance with Scrum by working with Agile methodology; Organizing grooming and planning sessions; Creating and detailing epics tasks, defining acceptance criteria/definition of done; Transferring the process or change to the technical support team; The ideal candidate for us: Has higher education; A minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking sector; Knowledge of banking products; Ability to prepare technical tasks (document preparation at user and technical levels, constructing sequential algorithms); Knowledge of querying databases (SQL); Proficiency in foreign languages (at a level sufficient to understand, create and communicate technical tasks with teams); Is knowledgeable about Agile (Scrum) methodology.
