The candidate will add value to the organization by collaborating effectively within the team, promoting and selling products, conducting negotiations with partners, and executing management assignments. Responsibilities include expanding the existing insurance portfolio and attracting new clients. Delivering high-quality customer service and identifying client needs. Conducting negotiations with partners and broadening cooperation opportunities. Preparing data-based reports and presenting them to management. Timely and accurate execution of tasks assigned by the direct supervisor. Knowledge and Skills required include sales skills and effective product presentation, willingness to learn and develop, ability to work collaboratively within a team, resilience to stress and quick response capabilities, basic knowledge of insurance legislation, strong communication and clear self-expression skills, accuracy, and responsibility. Language skills required: Azerbaijani. Education and Experience: Higher education is required, and experience in insurance or sales is preferred.
