Sales and Service Junior Specialist for Customers - Bilasuvar

Job Responsibilities: Managing assigned current corporate and retail customers, executing product sales; Attracting new corporate and retail customers to the bank and executing product sales; Coordinating customer inquiries with the necessary structural units, following up on the process during collaboration and requests, and providing ongoing support for problem resolution; Conducting preliminary tracking of delays for customers in the portfolio; Performing necessary actions to achieve set quarterly and annual targets. The suitable candidate for us: Holds a higher education in economics; Fluently speaks Azerbaijani; Knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage; Has a minimum of 1 year experience in working with corporate clients; Demonstrates high-level communication skills; Is resilient to stress; Possesses strong sales characteristics.
