Receive and process orders coming through all of the company's digital sales channels; Communicate professionally and politely with customers; Provide support for product and service selection based on customer needs; Inform customers about campaigns and discounts and ensure proper application; Ensure accurate data entry in relevant internal systems; Achieve internal targets set by the company.
