Mobile Monitoring Junior Specialist / Specialist

Your tasks will include: • Being ready to work in a mobile (field-based) working mode; • Having a driver's license (category B) and active driving skills; • Technical knowledge related to POS or payment terminals (preferred); • Proficiency in MS Office programs (especially Excel); • Skills in data collection, analysis, and report preparation; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Azerbaijani language; knowledge of Russian or English is a plus); • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; • Being responsible, precise, and disciplined; • Ability to work in a team and have initiative. The suitable candidate for us: • Higher education (preferably in Economics, Finance, Business Management, or IT); • Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in the relevant field (POS terminals, payment systems, monitoring of retail points); • Knowledge of acquiring services and the functioning principles of POS devices; • Preparing reports based on monitoring results and explaining findings; • Resolving difficulties identified during monitoring.
