Job Description & Requirements
Higher education (preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or Management); Experience in Employee Engagement (especially in areas of employee commitment, motivation, and culture); Knowledge in Psychology is an advantage (organizational behavior, motivation, stress, and emotional intelligence topics); Ability for analytical thinking and working with data (analysis of survey results, deriving trends, forming insights); Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
