Monitor the execution of the strategy. Process and analyze business models. Conduct market analysis (benchmarking, analysis of market participants). Knowledge and Skills Computer literacy and intermediate knowledge of internal ERP systems. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Intermediate knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI, and Alteryx. Excellent knowledge of insurance legislation. Knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). Attention to detail and planning skills. Accountability and business correspondence skills. Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Analytical mindset. Integrity and high ethical standards. Language skills: Azerbaijani, English, Russian. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics. At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
