Lead Specialist in Business Analytics for Retail Lending
Job Description & Requirements
Your duties will include: Detailing the technical analysis of business processes down to the database model development level; Preparation of technical documentation for business processes (user and technical level - use case); Participation in the preparation of minimal test plans and test scenarios for business processes; Monitoring the implementation of changes to the technical assignment and checking compliance with requirements during the execution period; Participation in presenting the modified business process at the testing stage to the client and the support team of the Bank Systems; Coordination of the business process with the programming team (Flex, BPM, Management) and submission of reports on the work done; Ensuring the feasibility of preparing reports during the analysis and identifying potential risks that may arise; Discussion of technical issues with the IT department, client structure, and other partners (3rd parties) and ensuring compliance. An ideal candidate for us should have: Higher education; At least 2 years of experience in the field; Knowledge of banking products; Work experience with Bank modules (Flexcube is desirable), BPM processes or analytical data processing systems; Ability to prepare technical assignments (preparing documents at user and technical levels, establishing sequence algorithms); Knowledge of database (SQL) querying; Knowledge of foreign languages (at the level of understanding and creating the technical assignment); Knowledge of web services: Type of architecture (Rest/Soap), ability to request API Servers, understanding of query formats (JSON / XML); Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) methodology and block diagrams (BPMN).
