Lead Specialist in Business Analytics for Digital Channels

Your tasks include: Detailing the technical analysis of business processes; Preparing technical documentation for business processes (for both user and technical levels - use case); Monitoring changes in the execution period of technical tasks and checking compliance with requirements; Coordinating business processes/architecture/changes with all relevant stakeholders; Ensuring the implementation of processes in accordance with Scrum methodology while working in Agile; Organizing grooming and planning sessions; Creating, detailing Epic tasks and defining Acceptance criteria/Definition of done; Transferring the process or changes to the technical support team; The suitable candidate for us: Higher education; A minimum of 3 years of experience in the banking sector; Knowledge of banking products; Ability to prepare technical tasks (preparing documents at user and technical levels, building sequential algorithms); Knowledge of querying databases (SQL); Foreign language proficiency (to understand, compose, and communicate technical tasks with teams); A person familiar with Agile (Scrum) methodology.
