Lead Backend Developer (.Net)

"PAŞA Sığorta" ASC invites candidates to apply for the position of Lead Backend Developer (.Net) and become a member of the professional team. Responsibilities include providing technical support and development of existing information systems at PAŞA Sığorta, conducting code reviews, responding immediately to failures in information systems and implementing urgent measures to rectify service disruptions, ensuring the restoration and systematic verification of the integrity of service information in accordance with instructions, organizing the work processes of third-party organizations in the implementation and creation of new systems, collaborating with other programmers in developing APIs and other necessary connections for mobile applications and other services, and performing other tasks related to IT infrastructure as assigned by the direct supervisor. Educational and qualification requirements include a higher education bachelor’s degree and certifications are desirable. Work experience: 3 years. Knowledge and skills include expertise in developing enterprise-level applications, expert level in Asp.Net Core, C#, SQL, RESTful API, planning and designing system architecture, code review (Code Review) and technical mentoring, CI/CD, Docker, GitFlow, Jenkins, application security and data protection. Behavioral skills include team leadership and technical guidance, performance monitoring and ensuring code quality, product-oriented thinking and strategic planning, effective communication with stakeholders, and managing critical issues. Language skills include Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.
