Job Description & Requirements
Suitable candidate for us: Higher education; Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field; Knowledge of Central Bank regulations and fundamentals of banking in the current direction; Proficient in Azerbaijani (fluent), Russian and English (desired); Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
Job Responsibilities
Your tasks will include: Working with all customer inquiries received through various channels, informing customers appropriately and providing high-quality service for all customer inquiries; Organizing, managing, and directing online services for credit and non-credit products; Organizing the sales of credit (credit card) orders received through the bank's electronic channels; Executing the sale of bank products to existing and new customers via telephone; Preparing daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports related to the work performed and presenting them to the group leader and department manager; Meeting designated sales plans for monthly, quarterly, and annual targets; Making survey-like calls to customers for market research purposes; Performing other duties related to the assigned position as instructed by direct supervisor; Complying with the bank's Health and Safety policy requirements and any additional safety requirements that may arise.
