Job Description & Requirements
Higher education; Minimum 1 year of work experience; Knowledge of the rules of the Central Bank and the fundamentals of banking in the current direction; Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English (desirable); Proficient in MS Office applications.
Job Responsibilities
Your duties will include: Handling all customer inquiries received through various channels, informing customers appropriately and providing high-quality service for all customer inquiries; Organizing, managing, and directing online services for credit and non-credit products; Preparing daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports related to the work done and presenting them to the team leader and department manager; Making survey calls to customers for market research; Performing other duties assigned by the direct supervisor related to your position; Complying with the bank's health and safety policies and any additional security requirements that may be imposed; Creating and confirming video recordings of online applications; Conducting video calls with customers; Remote identification of customer identity.
