Junior Specialist in Sales Channels (Travel Insurance)
Job Description & Requirements
PAŞA Insurance OJSC invites candidates to apply for the position of Junior Specialist in Sales Channels (Travel Insurance) within the Retail and Sales Channels Department. Candidates are required to have a higher education in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields, fluent Azerbaijani, and knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook and Excel, is required. A minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance sales is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Promote the insurance products and services offered by the Company in order to expand the existing individual customer base and increase sales volumes; Provide high-quality information support and customer service to clients who contact the Company; Monitor the completion of application forms by customers and timely submit the required and additional information about clients to the Underwriting Department in order to obtain applicable tariff rates and insurance terms; Conduct inspections of insured objects when required; Serve individual customers and issue insurance policies in line with customer needs and relevant insurance types; Contact customers regarding policies that are close to expiration and ensure timely policy renewals; Provide logistical and operational support to the Company's partner network (agents); Perform other duties as assigned by the direct line manager. Knowledge & Qualifications: Higher education in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields; Fluent Azerbaijani; knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage; Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook and Excel. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales is preferred.
