Junior Specialist in Micro Loans - Khachmaz

Your duties will include: Attracting potential customers that may belong to the bank's micro loans segment, managing the micro loan portfolio, and organizing the sale of all types of banking products related to this segment; Receiving customer loan requests from customer service structures, conducting preliminary analysis, coordinating with the relevant structural divisions for presentation to the appropriate decision-making body, and organizing the tracking of the process until completion; Managing the loan portfolio, controlling its quality, and implementing relevant measures to eliminate delays; Visiting customer business locations and conducting monitoring; Preparing relevant reports. The suitable candidate for us: Has a higher education; Minimum 1 year of work experience in the field of micro-lending; Ability to work freely with office programs (Word, Excel); Ability to work with reports; A person possessing good communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
