Junior Business Analyst
Job Description & Requirements
Requirements: Analyze, structure, and clarify business needs/requirements; review and develop change specifications. Document and communicate analysis results, including preparation of SRS/FRS, use cases/user stories, and initial/mock design drafts. Translate and simplify business requirements into functional requirements to meet stakeholder expectations. Work closely with Product Owners and developers to ensure proper understanding of specifications. Develop innovative solutions to support operational and strategic changes. Ensure proposed solutions align with business needs and requirements. Interact with senior management regarding change initiatives, demonstrating negotiation and influencing skills. Prepare reports and deliver presentations to highlight the impact of implemented changes. Facilitate meetings and training sessions; analyze data models to derive logical conclusions. Document system scenarios and collaborate with training teams to identify impacted roles and support change management/training plans.
