Job Description & Requirements
Higher education (preferably in Information Technology); 3 years of work experience in the relevant field; deep technical knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Windows, macOS, ManageEngine systems; ability to work with patch panels and switches, cabling and ensuring connections; experience in diagnosing and repairing printers and other office equipment; user-level knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office), email systems, and Microsoft Teams; ability to communicate with users and properly understand their needs.
Job Responsibilities
You are expected to analyze user requests to improve the quality of IT services and to monitor operating systems and software, effectively resolving technical issues that arise. Additionally, you will be required to manage network equipment and office technology, implement security procedures, prepare technical documentation, and actively participate in the onboarding process of new employees.
