Higher education (in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field); interest in IT and high motivation to learn; analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; proficiency in working with MS Office programs; basic understanding of domain environment, Active Directory, and Group Policy principles; understanding of network technologies (IP, DHCP, DNS, Gateway, VLAN, VPN, Proxy, etc.); ability to use modern communication and collaboration platforms (Teams, Outlook, etc.); ability to communicate with users and explain technical information in a simple manner; readiness to adopt new technologies and software.
