Job Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities: Implementation of the bank's talent management strategy; Participation in the processes of developing tools and processes, including criteria for selecting critical talents, assessment methodologies, and mentoring programs; Preparation and monitoring of individual development plans for selected candidates; Research and implementation of new development programs for selected candidates; Execution of the staffing planning process, management of the database, and periodic updates; Continuous research of global and local best practices to develop HR processes in the bank and preparation and proposal of new projects accordingly; Participation in writing methodologies by executing the HR expertise center function and monitoring their application.
