Job Description & Requirements
Higher education in finance, economics or a related field; Understanding of liquidity management, balance structure, and interest rate risks; Minimum 3 years of work experience in asset and liability management, risk analytics or financial analysis in a bank or financial sector; Knowledge of Excel (advanced level), SQL or other data analysis tools; Availability of CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or equivalent international financial certifications (FRM, etc.) is an advantage; Statistical and financial modeling skills; Experience working with internal bank reporting systems and BI tools; Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English; Strong analytical thinking and mathematical/statistical analysis skills; Ability to assess risks and provide recommendations based on results; Attention to detail and ability to work with high precision; Ability to prioritize effectively and manage time efficiently; Teamwork and communication skills; High level of responsibility and initiative.
