● Higher education (preferably in Human Resources or Management fields); ● Minimum 3 years of work experience in Human Resources and Labor Relations Management; ● Experience in automation of HR processes is preferred; ● Excellent command of Azerbaijani, proficient in English, knowledge of Russian is desirable; ● High level of knowledge about the Labor Code and local legislation; ● Possession of characteristics such as initiative, agility, and attentiveness.
