Head of Project Management Division

Responsibilities - Support the management of the company's project portfolio and ensure its alignment with business strategy - Continuously improve project management methodologies based on business needs and project specifics - Oversee project execution and documentation in accordance with established methodologies - Ensure evaluation of completed projects based on defined Key Performance Indicators - Develop new processes to increase project efficiency across the company - Review monthly project portfolio reports and share recommendations with the department head Knowledge and Skills - Knowledge of internationally recognized project and process management methodologies - Ability to analyze operations within the company's operational systems - Understanding of key legislative and regulatory requirements - Project management, coordination, and leadership skills - Professional presentation and written/verbal communication skills - Logical and analytical thinking - Integrity and initiative - Ability to work effectively in a team Language skills: Azerbaijani, English Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree in Business or Management - International certification in project or process management methodologies - At least 4 years of experience in project management What we offer - Opportunity to work in a professional and dynamic team - Support and training for personal and professional development - A collaborative and innovation-driven environment - Opportunity to work in a "Great Place To Work" certified company.
