"PAŞA Insurance" OJSC invites candidates to apply for the position of Head of Corporate Insurance Department to become a member of a professional team. Responsibilities include analyzing, preparing, and executing the sales strategy for all corporate clients in the portfolio, as well as analyzing and balancing risks within the corporate portfolio. Developing sales strategies for new and existing projects, implementing plans and projects; preparing the department's annual sales plan, and defining the budget and targets for the department. Conducting distribution of responsibilities among subordinates, overseeing their sales in accordance with sales plans and objectives; continuously monitoring market trends, analyzing competitors and customer needs; being an initiator of new products and services, providing continuous feedback for their development and improvement; directly negotiating with large and strategic corporate clients; maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients and expanding the portfolio. Identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities; correctly analyzing inquiries from clients, identifying and assessing insurance needs, as well as overseeing the process of writing inquiries to relevant departments within the company and presenting the final offer or insurance certificate to the end consumer; supervising meetings and negotiations with potential clients, ensuring that proposals, insurance terms, and results of meetings and negotiations are recorded daily in the database; overseeing the work activities of corporate sales managers. Conducting the distribution of work based on analysis, defining KPIs, and measuring performance. Providing correct planning with recommendations considering the activity direction of employees and monitoring the results; identifying training needs of team members, analyzing development directions, and providing necessary motivation in this regard; establishing proper communication with relevant directions, ensuring effective collaboration, and providing suitable feedback; making decisions regarding problematic clients, harmful portfolios, or contracts; establishing and expanding relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and partners, as well as representing the company towards clients, brokers, and partners; ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulations; executing other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
