PAŞA Insurance OJSC invites candidates to apply for the position of Head of Bank Channels Department to become a member of a professional team. Responsibilities include: · Overseeing the activities of the Bank Channels department employees to expand the existing customer base for all types of insurance products and services and increase sales volume; · Defining sales policies together with the Commercial Director for the market segment under supervision; · Implementing appropriate division of labor and guidance for the employees of the Bank Channels department; · Participating in the progress of projects conducted with banks and leasing companies and providing support in attracting new projects; · Maintaining and improving relations with existing partners, as well as ensuring the sale of the company's services and products to potential partners; · Ensuring high-quality information is provided to customers applying to the company in the direction of Bank Channels; · Ensuring that responses to queries are received promptly by the Underwriting department and facilitating the acquisition of insurance contracts and certificates; · Strengthening collaboration and synergy with all partners (banks, non-bank credit organizations, leasing companies, etc.), prioritizing sent queries, and responding in the shortest time possible; · Monitoring the presentation of insurance agreements to customers within the required time frame and providing comprehensive explanations for the terms of the insurance contracts; · Regularly analyzing and evaluating data on partners and the customer base; · Submitting relevant reports to the Commercial Director on the current sales of all types of insurance products and the status of completed tasks, presenting the results of monthly analysis on Bank Channels sales; · Carrying out other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Job Responsibilities
Experience: · A minimum of 4-5 years of work experience in the banking or insurance sector, especially in bank channels or corporate sales.
