· Technical Skills: Must have proficiency in working with computers. · Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the field. · Language Skills: Must have excellent command of Azerbaijani and ability to establish communication; knowledge of Russian is desirable. · Other Skills: Must be proactive, communicative, composed, and able to engage effectively with problematic borrowers.
