· Technical skills: Must have the ability to work with computers. · Work experience in the field: Minimum of 1 year of experience required. · Language skills: Must have excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani and the ability to establish communication; knowledge of Russian is desirable. · Other skills: Ability to establish contact with operational, communicative, calm, and problematic borrowers is essential.
