Document Controller (Project-Based Position)
Job Description & Requirements
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Management, Business, Law, or a related field). Minimum 1 year of experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role. Knowledge of document control and archiving processes. Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Word and Excel). Detail-oriented, responsible, and systematic approach to work. Azerbaijani – Fluent; Russian and/or English – considered an advantage. Salary To be determined during the interview process.
Job Responsibilities
Ensure the creation, registration, classification, and archiving of all project and internal process documents. Monitor document validity, accuracy, and approval status. Control document flow in accordance with internal procedures and standards. Ensure systematic storage of documents in both electronic and hard copy formats. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely submission and distribution of documents. Provide required documentation promptly during audits and inspections. Ensure the protection and confidentiality of sensitive information.
