Job Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Lead Specialist actively participates in the planning and execution of the digital marketing activities of products, contributing to performance enhancement at all stages of the customer journey (awareness, evaluation, purchase, and loyalty). This role conducts market research in close collaboration with product teams, supports the formulation of marketing strategies, and implements content and digital initiatives for the successful execution of campaigns. Job responsibilities include working with product and business teams to understand digital marketing needs and participate in the development of appropriate marketing strategies. Execute and optimize a portfolio of digital marketing initiatives that deliver the highest ROI across all stages of the customer journey (awareness enhancement, active evaluation, and loyalty). Oversee the management of the company’s existing digital products and official social media pages. Participate in the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns. Improve activities through the following channels to support lead generation and sales enhancement in Social Media and Performance Marketing: Organic and paid social media, Email marketing, PPC and display networks, SEO and affiliate marketing. Support maintaining consistency (brand alignment) in visual design and communication materials used throughout digital marketing and the customer journey. Marketing Processes and Coordination Work collaboratively with suppliers and agencies to ensure the digital marketing materials are prepared according to specified requirements. Support the effective execution of marketing processes and internal cross-team collaboration. Timely and qualitatively complete other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor. Education and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, Economics, or a related field. Knowledge and skills: Minimum 3 years of work experience in digital marketing. Practical knowledge of social media marketing, performance marketing, email marketing, and SEO. Experience working with digital marketing tools and platforms. Understanding of customer journeys and marketing funnels. Content creation and strong written communication skills. Analytical thinking and results-oriented approach. Ability to work effectively with a team. Language skills: Azerbaijani, English, Russian.
