DevOps Specialist

Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and support Kubernetes clusters; Manage infrastructure and applications using GitOps approaches; Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and tracing systems (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, etc.); Manage Docker images, store and share them in Nexus and Harbor; Ensure the security of secrets and manage them with Vault; Set up login and access management with LDAP; Control network security – DMZ, firewall, TLS, proxy; Automate CI/CD processes and support pipelines (GitLabCI, etc.); Monitor system status, perform daily technical tasks, and prepare relevant reports; Assess problems and find effective solutions; Identify and resolve challenges during software deployment; Oversee timely code delivery and quality, participate in efficiency improvement projects; Contribute to the planning of coding standardization and automation processes; Develop configuration management and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge and Skills: Experience with Kubernetes, Helm Chart, and orchestration platforms; Knowledge and experience with Docker and container technologies; Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLabCI, etc.); Understanding of provisioning and virtualization technologies; Experience with version control systems (Git, GitFlow, etc.); Knowledge of monitoring and logging technologies (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Nagios, ELK, Alert manager, GrayLog, etc.); Experience with registry and artifact repositories (Nexus, Harbor); Managing secrets with HashiCorp Vault and External Secrets Operator; Network security and access management (DMZ, firewall, TLS, Proxy, LDAP, RBAC); Linux administration skills; Automation experience with Python and Bash; Knowledge and experience with non-relational databases (Redis, Mongo); Understanding of microservices architecture; Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and other IaC/CM tools is a plus; Strong communication and teamwork skills; Proactive approach and commitment to continuous improvement; Analytical thinking and troubleshooting mindset; High sense of responsibility and attention to detail; Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment. Language skills: Azerbaijani, English. Education and Experience: Higher or secondary specialized education; Minimum 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure and DevOps; Kubernetes (CKA preferred; CKAD and/or CKS would be an advantage); Terraform certification is a plus.
