Proven experience leading Data Governance initiatives across multiple business units or organizations. Experience in operating model design, policy development, and large-scale implementation. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams. Experience with business process design, implementation, and continuous improvement. Experience in program or portfolio management (certification is a plus). Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate complex governance concepts into clear, actionable business language. Mindset & Leadership: Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders. Natural facilitator capable of resolving conflicts and enabling decision-making at scale.

The Bir Ecosystem CDO Office is building a unified, scalable, and value-driven data and analytics ecosystem across its verticals. The objective is to establish trusted, well-governed, and business-ready data as a foundation for decision-making, regulatory compliance, and advanced analytics. We are hiring an Ecosystem Data Governance Lead to own and drive the Data Governance stream at the ecosystem level, ensuring consistency, regulatory alignment, and business enablement across all verticals. This role is accountable for governance strategy, operating model, execution oversight, and measurable outcomes across the ecosystem, working closely with Data Stewardship, Data Quality, Analytics, AI & Science teams, and senior business stakeholders.
