Suitable candidate for us: Has higher education; At least 6 months of work experience; Proficient in English at an intermediate level and in Russian at an excellent level; Able to work independently with MS Office programs; Capable of handling document circulation (administrative work); Has the ability to work in a team; A person with communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
Tasks you will perform: To determine the work agenda of the bank's senior official in coordination with them; To organize their internal and external meetings on the instructions of the manager, and to carry out coordination work related to this; To coordinate the signing, entry into the system, and response of documents that will reach the manager; To welcome and guide the manager's guests; To provide support to the manager in internal communication matters; To participate in the organization of citizens' receptions by the bank's management; To fulfill other tasks assigned by the department management in accordance with the main purpose of the position.
