Job Description & Requirements
Higher education in finance, economics, or a related field; Understanding of liquidity management, balance sheet structure, and interest rate risks; A minimum of 3 years of work experience in asset and liability management, risk analytics, or financial analysis in the banking or finance sector; Knowledge of Excel (high level), SQL, and/or other data analysis tools; Availability of CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or equivalent international financial certifications (FRM, etc.) is preferred; Statistical and financial modeling skills; Experience in working with internal banking reporting systems and BI tools; Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English at a high level; Strong analytical thinking and mathematical/statistical analysis skills; Ability to assess risks and provide recommendations based on results; Attention to detail and ability to work with high accuracy; Ability to set priorities correctly and manage time effectively; Teamwork and communication skills; High responsibility and initiative;
