Business Analyst (Financial ＆ Strategic) - Bir Ecosystem

• Fluency in Russian is mandatory; good command of English is required • Up to 3 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, strategic analysis, or consulting • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Miro, SQL, Dataiku are strong advantages) • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and strong prioritization skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team • Experience in e-commerce or fintech is a strong advantage
