Higher education
Excellent level of Azerbaijani language, good level of English and Russian
At least 2 years of work experience in the relevant field
Analytical thinking ability and ability to work with large datasets
Responsibility, efficiency, and accuracy
Ability to work in a team
High level of knowledge in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work with large databases and SQL query language
Ability to work with at least one visualization tool
Ability to work with at least one data analytics tool (Python, R, etc.)
Job Responsibilities
The main purpose of this role is to understand the needs of the business and provide relevant solutions and strategic recommendations through data analytics. The Business Analyst will analyze data to improve the bank's decision-making processes and make business-oriented strategic decisions to increase operational efficiency.
