Job Description & Requirements
PAŞA Insurance invites candidates to apply for the position of Brand Marketing Specialist to become a member of the professional team. Participation in the implementation of the company's brand strategy, positioning, and value proposition; Support for aligning corporate communication and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives with brand strategy; Participation in conveying and implementing brand vision to internal teams; Participation in monitoring brand health indicators, media visibility, and competitive landscape, preparing analytical reports. Participation in ensuring compliance with the existing Brand Guidelines; Supervision of the preparation of marketing assets (digital, print, video) and corporate communication materials according to brand standards; Support for maintaining a unified brand identity across all internal and external touchpoints. Involvement in planning and executing ATL/BTL brand campaigns and CSR projects; Support for communication activities related to PR and media relations; Participation in coordinating work with creative, media, and PR agencies; Support for product teams in establishing communication strategies. Support for the application of best practices in marketing and communication; Participation in preparing communication briefs and evaluating creative concepts; Contributing to the formation of a brand-oriented approach among internal teams. Participation in aligning brand initiatives with business objectives; Support for preparing reports on campaign results and brand indicators.
