Automation Engineer

The position plays a key role in optimizing manual operations, establishing integrations between systems, and enhancing overall process efficiency using Python programming and AI-driven tools. The incumbent will closely collaborate with internal teams and third parties to deliver reliable, sustainable, and measurable automation solutions. Key responsibilities include analyzing and automating HR, Finance, Operations, IT, and other business processes within the company, developing and implementing automation solutions using Python and AI-based tools, developing automation scripts, services, and workflows using Python and AI tools, improving existing solutions, ensuring their continuous operation, conducting code reviews to ensure code quality, readability, and security, responding promptly to technical issues in automated systems, analyzing and resolving errors, verifying and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and proper transfer of data used in automation and AI solutions across systems, and developing and implementing API, webhook, and other integration mechanisms between internal and external systems (web, mobile applications, platforms).
