Job Description & Requirements
● Your higher education is in Finance/Banking/Economics/Technical studies
● You have at least 3 years of work experience in a bank
● Experience in a managerial role is preferred
● You have knowledge of one or more agile methodologies or frameworks: SCRUM, Kanban method at the principles and values level;
● You have advanced analytical skills;
● You enjoy building and maintaining effective relationships with various people;
● You possess leadership qualities and good communication skills
● You have the ability to conduct effective training
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for an "Agile Coach" who will be responsible for playing a key role in implementing and developing Agile Thinking in our bank. The main aim of this role is to ensure that teams, work processes, and business strategies are developed in accordance with Agile principles. This is a responsibility based on theory and practice, and it carries out the following tasks.
