-Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in the relevant field;

-High level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, 1C);

-Ability to handle documentation and correspondence at a high level;

-Mathematical-analytical skills, communication and presentation skills, planning ability,

-Ability to solve problems;

Job Responsibilities

- Official documentation in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan; - Salary: will be determined based on the interview; - Work schedule: 5 days (09:00 - 18:00); - Lunch break: 13:00-14:00, provided by the company; - Address: Sumgayit city, Metallurgist street 1.

Accounting for material assets (goods) that have entered the company's warehouse, processing of strict registration forms (invoices, invoice differentiations, and documents) and their preservation; - Coordinating (related) with the staff at the workplace; - Ensures the registration of incoming and outgoing goods-material documents from the warehouse; - Controls the processes in the warehouse based on invoices and account statements; - Perform tasks assigned by daily management. - Ability to work in Excel program.
