• Ensuring the calculation of monthly salaries for company employees and timely payments; • Ensuring that salary-related information is entered into the relevant program on time and correctly according to the salary payment period; • Ensuring the calculation and timely payment of final settlements, all types of leaves, sick leave certificates, bonuses, etc.; • Ensuring the calculation and timely payment of internal and external business trips; • Preparing sick leave certificates, social leaves, one-time payments in the electronic portal to ensure timely payments by the State Social Protection Fund; • Responding to inquiries and questions regarding salaries; • Preparing reports related to salaries presented to tax, SSF, and statistical authorities; • Performing other salary-related operations and maintaining documentation.
