Job Description & Requirements
•
- Execution of internal office tasks;
•
- Efficient organization of internal documentation work in accordance with the instructions and assignments of the management, maintaining the registration of documents;
•
- Receiving incoming calls and directing them appropriately;
•
- Handling emails and correspondence;
•
- Timely and correctly fulfilling the assignments of the management and other administrative tasks;
•
- Keeping a record of incoming and outgoing documents, addressing them appropriately and responding;
- Official documentation in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- Salary: To be determined based on the interview;
- Work schedule: 5 days a week (09:00 - 18:00);
- Lunch break: 13:00-14:00, provided by the company;
- Address: Sumgayit city, Metallurg Street 1.
