The suitable candidate for us: Higher economic education; Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian; Knowledge of English is desirable; Banking experience (mandatory); Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or corporate customer relations; High-level communication skills; Resilience to stress; A person with high sales characteristics.

Your tasks will include: Managing assigned current VIP customers and carrying out product sales; Attracting new VIP customers to the bank and carrying out product sales; Providing detailed information and presentations about the Bank's products and services via calls to clients or by visiting their workplaces; Coordinating customer inquiries with internal bank structures, following up on cooperation and application processes, and providing support until the resolution of potential problems; Performing initial tracking of delays for customers in the portfolio; Taking necessary actions to meet the assigned quarterly and annual goals.
